It take approximately 1 hour to burn 200 calories and if you look at all the calories most food contain you will limit yourself to eat lots of food. Drink plenty of water, watch your serving sizes. The fastest time you could loose 50 pounds will be like in a half a year to a year,if you want to be healthy. There are other way to loose 50 pounds faster, but I don't recommend you all those fastest way. You could also get in that program I think is called Weight Watcher most people think is great.   5. if you want to keep it off then you dont want to lose it "over night" and a fad diet is not the best idea. cause once you get back to your regular routine there's a chance that your body will react by preparing for another situation of starvation or what not and try to stock up on "energy" aka fat. your best bet is to drink lots of water "bout 8-8oz glasses of ice water the colder the better" to wash out toxins and to keep your refreshed and hydrated. also taking a 20 min walk daily will also help burn unwanted fat cells. make sure to watch your sugar intake and watch for hidden sugars in food. good luck
