- Work out every day really hard but don't over due it, avoid fatty foods and NO STARVATION! U do NOT want to be anorexic!

- Well if u want the weight loss to last, it would be intense exercising and eating less and maintaining this with moderate exercises and eating healthy... For the quickest way that doesnt last, just dont eat supper everynight (but stille at breakfast adn lunch) and u shoud lose 2 pounds a day (I DID!)

- Depends on how devoted and how motivated you are. If you really wanna lose 20 pounds then watch what u eat and exercise a lot everyday. Eat low fat, low carb, low everything and exercise. Make sure not to push yourself too hard. Eating low fat low sugar etc. stuff can hurt your body if you aren't getting in your daily amounts of specific substances. You can try diet pills. However, they are extremely horrible for your body. I'd never advise anyone to use them. They can mess around with your daily vitamin intake and they also can make you crave sweets so that you aren't eating the right foods. If you choose to eat right (don't take this part to be exact. If you want a brownie then have one but try to make better choices. For example, at a restaurant you can have fried or grilled chicken. Pick the grilled. The small choices really add up. Trust me.) and exercise a lot then you shouldn't have too much of a problem. Plus, doing it this way ensures that it stays off longer. Most fad diets will get the weight off quick but what goes quickly also returns quickly (diet pills are the same).
- I suggest alternating of moderate cardiovascular exercises with weight training. I would also cut consumption of carbohydrates and high calorie food and increase protein intake. Depending on how strict your diet or how intensive your training, you can lose up to 2 pounds a week. I wouldn't suggest losing more than that though. Your body could end up colapsing due to nutritional shock.
- walking..and swimming..the fastest way to loose weight and eat 3 meals a day..thats a biggie..you will loose weight eating ,most people think not eating looses weight wrong..you need food to burn fat other wise the body goes into starvation mode and stores fat..interresting eh..plus snacks. eat ,veggies salads,meats and pasta are good.soup before meals helps cut down the food you eat.just don't fry everything, use pam if you do...be smart eat healthy.. its easier than you think, go for it,wont take you long :-)
