- Regular exercise and proper diet. Stay away from cookies, cakes, bread - refined carbs, and sugar. Add green veggies, lean protein, and low -sugar fruits, e.g. berries - to your diet. Drink water.
- eat only protein, work out, (cardio) drink lots of water to fill you up & flush you out! if you want it fast, this is the way! good luck (I'm doing it too, and have lost 10 pounds in two weeks)
- a proper diet
