Is there any way to lose 10 pounds fast?
i know that i would have to exercise and everything but im just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to take it off and keep it off. i just really want to lose weight cause im sick of hating my body and i wanna look good.

- replace your meals with dairy: 1 meal, replace it with cheese, another with yogurt, and the other with milk...it's best to have the milk in the morning...do this for a week, and you will lose at least 5 pounds.
- Go on a week diet of cornbread and rice . I throw a bullion cube in the boiling water before I put the rice in . Eat corn bread. It,s cheap and expands whn you drink water with it. Drink a lot of water also. Do this for a week because thats about as long as you can tolerate this diet and when you feel starved, let your stomach shrink for a couple more hours. you will find as your stomach shrinks the less hungry you get and yo will lose it fast If you can bear it, try 2 weeks and drink lots of water with a corn bread muffin. It stuffs you and satisfies your hunger.
