how to lose a fast few pounds??

im lazy and love to eat what i want and i have ALWAYS been small... my BC pills made me gain some weight around my belly... i want to lose a few pounds fast how can i do this? im not fat im 128 but i use to be 104 and i want to lose a few pounds cause im not use to being 128 thats big to me tho everyone yells at me and says im wrong... so whats a fast way to lose say about 5-10 pounds? i think it might be water weight btw i forgot to say i work 80 hours plus a week because i own a business with my hubby (uplinkgaming.com) and i dont have alot of time to go for bike rides and things like that...also im about to open another store in less then a month so im working alot
