A quick way to lose 60 pounds fast?
I am a 17 year old girl and I really need to lose 60 pounds. I'm overweight and I just don't feel comfortable with the way I am. Now a days, all these girls are so skinny and it's depressing. I can't even find a swim suit I like cause the cute ones are made for skinny girls. I really need to lose this weight by the end of July which prob won't happen but if any of ya'll have advice, that would make my day!!

- A good diet/exercise plan for a girl would be this...maintain 1200-1800cals to lose weight depending on ur size..for u foods that u eat have a 40 40 10 10 diet that means have 40% of ur cals proteins(lean proteins) 40% of them carbs (including fruits making them ½ or more of ur carbs) 10%veges and 10% good fats like almonds..fish oil..peanut butter or animal fats (in moderation) for exercise u need to tone ur whole body to stay looking lean and keep ur metablism up by resistance training u can do it with or without equipment..day 1 do legs and abs day 2 do tricepts and bicepts day 3 do back and chest and for 20-40mins a day 3x a week...then cardio to burn the fat do 45mins a day 5-6x a week or 60min a day 4-5x a week running is good or jumping rope or spin classes are great...hope that helps
- short of amputating a few limbs, there is no healthy way to quickly lose that much weight. However, with a program of moderate exercise and a low-calorie diet (around 1500 cal/day) you should be able to lose the weight over a 12 month period, with little or no discomfort.
- Loosing weight FAST is NOT healthy, and will likely end you up with a lengthy hospital stay. Believe me - I did it, and I fell deathly ill. The BEST way is to do it slowly and by changing your entire mind set about eating and what foods, when, and how much. I KNOW how frustrating and depressing being overweight is - I have been most of my life. You just have to ACCEPT it and work with it SLOWLY - no other way will work in the long run, as you WILL gain it back and usually MORE if you refuse to listen to reason. Join Weight Watchers, and stick to it religiously. It WORKS - nothing other than getting a stomach lap band will do it and keep it off.
