Ways to lose pounds fast

What is the best way to lose about 30 pounds?

I need to lose about 30 pounds fast as possible, however I don't have time to excersise because I work 45 hours a week plus attend college full time. I can't take pills due to poor kidneys.

  3. Change your diet. Find ways to do exercise at work and college. Become a vegetarian for a while (replacing meat with peanut butter).

  5. 10-15 minutes a day adds up, and you won't miss out on much sleep, or anything else. alternate days of cardio (a quick jog), and strength training (3-5 lb weights, lunges, etc.) Try to throw in 10 pushups, and 20 situps whenever you can. It's really easy when you are watching tv, or waiting for your bread to toast. The absolute quickest way is to cut out all fast foods, alcohol, juice, and pop. Drink at least a gallon of water a day (that doesn't take any time!)

I would suggest a gym (I used to make fun of people that went to the gym until I tried it myself) I don't know how you would fit it into your schedule but maybe a 24hr fitness center- they have them in the city. Your weight might be a result of your schedule, it sounds terribly stressful, I admire people like you that can work and go to school at the same time, talk about superwoman!
  7. Back in high school i once tried the three day diet and i lost 27 pounds in a month. Only problem is i can't remember what foods the diet consisted of, but if i come across it i let you know.
  8. Cut out the sodas. Even diet ones, just drink water.
  9. Increase exercise and decrease calorie intake. And take it slow. Remember as you lose weight you'll increase your muscles and that weighs more than fat. Stick with it.
  10. Watch what you eat when you go to Mc Donald's instead of getting a big mac get a salad instead. Some other things that you can do is instead of taking the elevator take the steps or instead of parking close to the door park farther away.
