Any ways to lose 10-15 pounds fast???
i'm 5'3 ...130 lbs, i won't say my age but i'll say i'm younger than 16 Sounds like a lot but i so have a fair amount of muscle. I have a fair amount of fat too LOL on my stomach area! So is there any way i can lose 10-15 in around 2-3 weeks (i'm saving this plan for the summer haha!) Preferrably i don't want any fancy recipes like a 1 ounce chicken breast with steamed rice or w/e...just a simple exercise plan anyone can do at home... i have a treadmill and weights, but i do get sick of them and its rly discouraging so i completely stop after doing them for a while! :( so i need new ideas, i have a community center and fitness centers that offer classes so i'm considering that. Also, i have turbo jam dvd lol so i use that sometimes. I need an exercise plan that will workkkkkk and SIMPLE foods i should eat. p.s. i also have this tendency to eat more days i exercise b/c i think its "ok" since i exercised...oops!

- Instead of going on some crazy diet, i want to ask you one question. Do you ever eat right before going to sleep? It's not a good method to losing weight, in fact, eating right before going to sleep is how sumo wrestlers gain weight. Just be careful on your calorie intake, and dont eat anything after 6 or 7 pm. You should see weight loss pretty quickly along with some exercise.
- first, its unhealthy to lose 15 pounds in three weeks. make it like 6-8 weeks. sounds like a lot i know, but its a lot healthier. try to eat a little less, a little healthier, and try to make an exercise routine. its important to stick to it, so even if its encouraging, ask family and friends to help. ps- yes its ok to eat a little more on harder exercise days-but DON'T overdo it!!
- well dats dee question i wuz asking =] so i've done some things by my self. so far i've lost 3 lbs in every 4 days, so i lost eight. i walk from my school, work on the eleptical [idk how to spell it] & do sit ups. well 4 dee food part just eat SMALL portions you can eat anything but just don't go CRAZy! last summer i lost 15 from june && july so yea

- Check your local area for belly dance classes. These are a lot of fun and a great fat burning work out!
- well what you have to do is drink alot of water dont eat junk food eat only meats like chicken and fish and do sit ups and push ups for 1 hour every day.
- Well you know what to do - exercise and eat well. Eat lots of fruit and veg, drink plenty of water, use that treadmill to get rid of the fat. Using the weights too much won't make you lose weight if anything you'll put on weight in muscle. I do a little wall chart measuring my weight and measurements every week, it's good to egg yourself on. Scales that have fat %, water % and BMI are good too. Celery is supposed to use up more calories digesting it than simply contained in it... if you have the taste bud for it. You can only safely lose 2-3lb a week so think realistically. If you're lazy things like Slendertone ab belts work well to shape up and tone you up but cardio is a must. Swimming can be a fun way of exercising. You know you're not helping yourself - eating more the days you work out etc, so don't do it. Restrict yourself a little more and you'll see the results! Good luck and stay realistic.

- Well try not to eat more on those days!!! Plus stay away from high fat/sugar foods. Don't eat white breads or pastas, have whole grain ones instead. You could also, now this is a little extreme but very good for you, go on the raw diet. This means only eat raw foods for a certain period of time. Of course, consult your doctor before trying anything too drastic!!!
- Well if you want to loose wait it's easy. First DO NOT starve yourself or go bulimic. Second the best way to lose weight in a small amount of time would be not to eat white flour such as white bread or pastas. If you feel like you can't eat wheat bread because it's gross you don't have to. There are breads that are white that are also whole wheat and doesn't taste like it. Also if you want to lose some fatty wait cut back on the meat 2-4 times of a small serving of meat a week will do it just fine. And don't forget to exercise. Go to a gym and move though feet on a treadmill. But don't over work yourself either. 10-30 minutes a day is perfectly fine for losing 10-15 pounds. Hoped I helped. Gook luck with the pound loosing.
