  8. if u want to do it a healthy wat then dnt take any pills or dnt do any type of lose weight fast programs. i will explain it to u. this is the best wat to do it but it might be tough. wat you have to do is exersice. run and try to work out. when you run you will burn calories or u can do any kind of cardio workout. dnt do the same thing everyday though. run one day and do some toning workouts the next day. this will help u lose weight and get have a toner looking body. you must alter the diet but never jus quit eating or skip out on a meal. what a lot of ppl dnt understand is when u skip a meal ur body gets rele hungry and everything you eat after that will turn straight into fat. so eat healthier. eat breakfast lunch and dinner but stay away from fattier foods like butter and stay away from sugars like candy n things. when u run the best thing u can do is sweat but always drink gatorade or water afterwards and replenish ur muscles so u dnt cramp up.
