  2. ahev you ever tried the healthy choice meals and lean cuisine and stuff with them you can monitor what your eating a lot easier i know some ppl who thats all theyre eating and theyre drinking crystal light and they lost about 10 pounds in like 2 wks

  5. go for a nice brisk walk daily.... maintain a balanced diet and pls drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey in it daily morning as soon as u get up from bed.. it cleanses ur system and craving for food reduces.. give up oil,ice creams, and any high fattening food... trust me i lost a major chunk of my body by following a balanced diet..... after all everything does not come easily... u'll have to make some sacrifices.... :)

If you want to lose fat and not weight ideally one can only drop 1-2 lbs per week without losing muscle and water.You could lose 15lbs over two days but you would just bring your metabolism to a standstill and dehydrate yourself. Diet: ---eat a lean protein (egg is the best one, but fish, and turkey, with light seasoning) at EVERY meal ---eat one of those individual packets of veggies (don't get the one with sauces) ---eat a low fat cheese (like a string cheese) once a day for a snack ---and ONE apple at 4PM. Exercise ---Run EVERY day except one day a week. Run for 30 minutes straight. Only run as fast as it would take for you to keep doing it for 30 minutes. Even if it feels like a horse trot. Trust me, your body will recognize it like "WHoa, we're doing something different here" WATER ---make it a religion...
