My measurements are: 36-33-37 I want to get to: 33-25-35 OR 34-26-36 My mom is giving me a back to school shopping spree next month so I want to lose some inches so I can get new clothes, and feel WAY better about myself. I am currently 136lbs. 5 foot 1 or 2 inches. What is the healthiestand fastest way to lose these inches in less than two months, and KEEP IT OFF. I don't want to crash diet. And I'd rather not take pills, or pay for a meal plan, considering I'm 13. Don't tell me 'diet and exercise' I'm not an idiot, I know that. I need a more specific meal plan and excercise plan. My aunt works as a personal trainer so I can go to the gym w her once or twice a week. Success stories are great!
