Ways to lose pounds fast

any fast ways to lose weight & tone ????

im 17 and i am 5 foot 4 inches. i weigh 135 lbs. i want to lose about 30 pounds, and tone up ... is there any fast way of doing this??? my stepmom said it would take about 4-6 months, and thats WAY to long :( ... i know situps are a good way to tone your belly, but what else could help? i hate situps. lol. i also eat maybe 2 meals a day, i am on the go alot, and some weeks i eat out very often. i try to choose a salad over fries, but sometimes it goes the other way. and salads all the time just isn't very appatising. what else could i eat, or do to help? thanks!!

  1. i know it sounds counter-productive but eat more times during the day and take in as many calories as you do in your typical 2 meals and that alone will help with weight loss. as for tone, do exercises that incoorporate your whole body. its impossible to get one area as toned as youd like while ignoring the rest. using all your muscle groups more often will also help in the results developing quicker

  3. If you want a fast way of doing this, it is going to kick your butt. I am a wrestler so I know how to lose weight fast. First off, you need to eat six small meals a day. Cut out the sugar, no pop, candy, etc. Drink water. You also need to exercise. The best thing to do is work out in the morning. Lift weights, that is what will tone you up. After the weight lifting you do cardiovascular work, run, jog, whatever you can do. You also said you want toned abs. You should do sit ups and crunches. That will build a muscle base. You need to have that combined with cardio in order to get toned and lose the weight though. If you are really serious about this, you will be sore and you will want to quit. Just keep on going.
