What is the fastest way to lose weight/fat in your arms?
I have always been able to lose weight fairly easily in my legs and stomach by exercising and a little weight lifting but my arms never lose inches, how can I do this?! help please!!

- You cannot spot reduce without surgery. Unfortunately, your arms are where you store fat. I store fat there to. You can shrink your arms by losing weight in your entire body. To tone them, dips are great and lift weights, high reps, low weight to tighten up the area.
- You can't spot reduce, you just haven't lowered your body fat enough for your body to start pulling fat out of your arms. Everyones genetics are different, meaing where our body looks to burn stored fat first is different.
- I hate to break it to you, but if you're trying to lose weight you have to work on your entire body, not a specific area. Anyone trying to tell/sell you something that will help you target weight loss in a specific area is lying. What you can do is toning exercises that target specific muscles. - You cannot spot lose weight, sorry. When you lose weight, the calories are burned from all over your body. Keep up with your cardio to burn those calories...if the areas remain flabby, it may be loose skin and not fat that is the issue. You can do exercises to tone/firm/build flabby or untoned areas, but not to lose fat in them.
- The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.
