- I did a good dose of excersize, strech for 5 mins and warm up for about 10 mins. A brisk walk is good to get your heart rate up then run for about 15 mor mins. A good 30min work out to get your heart rate up is good. Cardio also like jumping jacks anything that gets the heart going. With that I did the south beach diet. Its a good diet. If you buy the book then you can actually have your meals planned out for you. all you have to do is buy the food. It even has the recipes. It worked for me I lost about 8 pounds it took about a week or so but its well worth the wait. I would say thats the fastest way to loose weight, and be healthy and safe at the same time.
- Do a 3 day detox. Fast for one day but take plenty of fluids such as filtered water and herbal teas. Then eat only fruit and vegetables for the next 2 days still taking in plenty of fluids. On the 4th day include some protein, such as fish and a small amount of carbs, like a potato or small portion of brown rice. On and after the 5th day eat a well balanced diet, you should have lost the weight from the previous days detox so this will encourage you to carry on the sensible eating because if you binge, you will just out all the weight back on again! You could also try some stretching and walking but no heavy exercise during the detox because you will not have enough energy. Also keep warm, as you may feel cold at the beginning of the detox.
