Whats a good way to burn body fat fast and easy?
I'm trying to get my abs back, but theres a slim layer of body fat tht covers most of it, it looks like I have a 1 pack. I've been walking 2 miles everyday for a couple weeks and doing 60 sit ups, but I dont get any feeling when I do the sit ups and I've only lost like 4lbs with walking. Any ideas?

- High intensity interval training. You need to find your target heart rate in order to do so. The source gives great information on creating a good circuit based on your ability.
- Use a stationary bike so you can keep your heart rate in the optimal fat-burning zone Also, try doing crunches instead of situps, my fav. are just normal slow crunches. You go slow up, hold it for 3 seconds then go slow down, try and get ten of those Also, make sure you do crunches nose-to-ceiling.
