How to lose unwanted fat stored in the body?
i have grown quite fat recently and want to be slim again. tell me some easiest and fastest way to lose fat stored in the body in parts like stomach, thies and arms ?

- eat more vegetables..less carbohydrates, meat. do more exercise like swimming or yoga...don be lazy
- cardio is the key to shed some unwanted pounds and to keep your body healthy, also add in some strength exercises to add a little muscle, because more muscle will give you a faster metabolism, also make sure you're drinking enough, and staying away from a lot of salt.
- If you got fat, then you should know how to lose it... Walk every day 30mins. Become a vegitarian. DOWNSIZE BURGERS, ANY FAST-FOOD. Pilates are great. Kettlebells are awesome.
