I do I lose body fat...and become sleaker looking?
I'm 22yrs old and I need to lose about 15lbs. I would be at my ideal weight and would just be my best in my opinion. How do I lose inches, body fat, (especially belly fat) and get a slimmer, sleaker appearance. Right now I look muscular with my added weight and I don't like it. I'm petite and I want to look more feminine, with less square, thick, muscular like build. How do I go about this? What's the fastest way? Any particular workout moves to slendarize and alongate? Any iput is appreciated.

- The belly is one of the last places to lose fat so you are going to have to patient. Pilates is excellent for creating long and lean muscles. Like dancing, pilates puts emphasis on stretching which in turn elongates the muscles. Check your local library to see if they have any Pilates dvd's. Ours has a huge variety of exercise dvd's and your may also. They usually let you check them out for 2 weeks, so you can give it a chance ans see how you like it. You should also look into weight training as this will help you burn fat quickly and if you add stretching as part of your weight training this will also help to lengthen and strengthen. By building muscle you will burn more calories per hour and it will also build up muscles from beginning to end, not just in the center which will give you a "squatty" look.
