i need to lose alot of wieght im in 12 grade and way over wieght and durning graduation i dont want my final remeberance of me the fastest girl there so please HELPPPPPP

- Ask your parents to take you to a Nutritionist. They will help you come up with a diet plan, and safely lose weight fast.
- go on an all liquid diet it's not easy, but VERY VERY effective. from personal experience, i know you'll have great results. google liquid diet and you'll be all set.
- No such thing as a quick fix. You need a combination of proper nutrition (i.e. no fast food etc...)and a heavy cardio workout routine (3 - 5 times a week). Just don't say you will get healthy and lose weight, do it.
- Crash diets are only a temporary solution. They will work, short term, but you'll generally gain it all back and more once you eat normally again. Eat healthy and exercise. Cut out a few hundred calories a day from what you normally eat. Most females can lose weight with 1800 calories a day, as long as it's healthy food. Keep it up, and you lose weight and keep it off.
- You can't lose it fast, you need to lose it smart so it stays off
- i no how u feel if u really want to loose a lot of wight then i would suggest you exerise for 2 hours a day and eat a high protein low carb diet i know not as easy as it sounds but if u really want to then do it,it worksss
- The atkins diet and south beach diet work well in losing lot of weight quickly. However, they can also leave you with high cholesterol and LDL levels. If you really are over-weight and want to change, you must change your life-style. For that, I would recommend "Body For Life", by Bill Phillips. It a 12 week program which includes a healthy diet (you are never hungry) and an exercise program. It is a bit of a commitment, but it will change you metabolism and possibly, your life.
