Ways to lose pounds fast

what is the best way to lose 1.5% body fat in about a month?

im trying to join the navy and i need to get down to at least 22% body fat. currently i think i am at 23.3% last time i had it done. but the navy is coming up in a month and i still feel im over. ive already done what i think are the two most important things and that is to cut out pop and fast food all together and increase my water intake. but like what should i be doing at the gym? or should i just sweat it off in a sanua?

  1. Purging works! Smoking also.
  2. I lost about 10+ lbs in 2 weeks on a low carb diet. I know I know... gimmicky right? Well, that's what I thought until I tried it out and now have lost a total of 25+ lbs in a couple months. Here's how the diet works: when you restrict your body of it's natural fuel, carbs, it needs to get fuel somewhere else, fat. Your body literally eats the fat from your body and in an impressive amount of time. Just eat lots of meat and veggies, and NO bread or sweets for a month and you WILL lose the weight.
  3. Try doing pilates and a well balanced diet. Lean meats, greens, water and cranberry juice (it cleans out your liver which can store alot of ukey toxins and can help you loose weight.) With pilates you can start seeing results in a couple weeks.
  4. Any normal calorie-restricting diet combined with regular exercise can be expected to allow you to lose 1% every week. Do strength training at the gym 3-4 times a week, cardio for 30-45 minutes on the days you don't do strength training, and keep a caloric deficit of about 500 calories per day and you'll pass your goal with no problem. And as someone who is in the armed forces - trust me, the fitter you are going in the easier everything will be. Look up the Navy fitness test and make sure you can pass it *before* you go to training, it makes everything 100% simpler!
