Ways to lose pounds fast

I want to lose some extra body fat. what should i go?

OK so i wan to lose that extra fat in my stomachh butt how should i do that ittss almost winter so running mayy be a problem. and i want to lose this wheight FAst.. a full time work out might be a problem since iam pretty busyy. PLESE and iam like alwayss hungeryy wats one way of controlling hunger?? BUT NOT GUm... plesee responses mean alot!!

I have just started weight watchers - you can do it over the internet on their website if you want - it is good because it teaches you smaller portions and you learn better habits - you shouldn't try to lose the weight too fast - that's not healthy -but take it slow and it will go! Eat smaller portions, walk instead of driving if possible, super clean the house, dance to music, throw out all the cookies and candy and cake. Eat more veges and fruit and drink about 8 glasses of water a day.
  8. Carry Cheerios with you. Carry the Gerber Freeze Dried Apples with you (YES its for babies, but it solves hunger). And jump rope 15 minutes a day. I over simplified. Email me if you need more specifics.
  9. cut out a good amount of fats and carbs, stick to mostly protein, and do cardio somehow (swimming, running, treadmill, biking, whatever). You just need to burn more calories than you're taking in. Just eat healthy (Don't starve yourself, you'll need energy), and start with some cardio.
  10. Eat vegerables , lean meats, plenty of fruits drink plenty of water and exercise.
  11. Drinks like slim fast in place of a meal or Special K cereal, could help. Eat lots more raw fruits and vegetables instead of chips or sweets,and invest in a tread mill,but do use it instead of shoving it in your closet(smile). Drink lots of water eat foods high in fiber for good elimination,and lay off of fatty foods, sweets,and foods high in calories but low in nutrition! Good Luck! Also drink green tea in place of sugary drinks and pops, and add fish to your diet particularly salmon!
  12. Well, I would say. When you're about to reach for a snack, ask yourself "Am I hungery, or am I bored, so I think that I'm hungry?" It works a lot, I used to be almost obese but now I am under average! Have a one hundred calorie breakfast, like yogurt or a rice-krispy treat. For lunch have a sandwich and a fruit. If you're eating fast-food, DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get a soda unless it's diet! Excercise for about 20-60 minutes every other day. If you can't run outside, go to a gym, become a member, and go three or four days a week. I go to "24-Fitness" if there is one close by to you; definitely go, it's fun and you'll get healthier. For dinner, have about 400-600 calories, oh and by the way about a 300 calorie lunch. So work out, eat healthy and that's the key. And also, you can have a small dessert, about 150-200 calories. If you're hungry all of the time, do something to take your mind off of it. If you're still hungry all of the time, have a big glass of water, it'll fill you up. It fills me up.
