I need to lose weight extremely fast! Will this be a good way???
It is important that i lose some excess body fat/weight at an extremely fast rate. Will i effectively lose body fat like this? Watching my calorie intake, and nothing else Diet: Breakfast: Coffee (black, only like 20 calories) Lunch: 6 inch turkey subway sandwhich with mustard, no cheese (300 calories) Dinner: Jenny Craig TV Dinners (300 calories) Excersize: Run/Walk about 45 minutes a day If I maintain this routine, will I effectively lose body fat?

- Excersize more!!!! dont eat tv dinners- cook yourself! they usually contain preservatives and stuff that contaminates body and stops weight loss. i think you'll lose a lot of muscle and water along with body fat. and losing at fast rates guarantees weight to come back, sometimes even more! but anyway good luck!
- If you do this routine, you will definitely lose fat fast......BUT, you will also lose healthy muscle mass, and muscle is what burns fat, so you will gain the fat back very quickly when you start eating normal again. You will also be very cranky most of the time if this is all that you are eating. If you do insist on doing this diet, I would recommend eating a little something for breakfast (1 egg, 1 piece of whole wheat toast, and a slice of cheese would be fine). Eating a small breakfast such as this may actually increase the amount of fat your body burns. Good luck!
