Ways to lose pounds fast

What are some ways i could burn calories FAST?

I'm having this...bet with my friend that who ever can lose weight the fastest wins! so how can i lose weight fast,easy,and fun WITHOUT starving myself to death?

  3. 3 days a week warm up with 10-15 minutes of cardio, do 30 minutes of strength training, and then 30 minutes of more cardio. If you want, you could add a day or two a week of just cardio for 1 hour. Work out with your friend, you two can motivate eachother. Remember, you can't burn calories without burning fat, and the best way to burn fat is to build lean muscle (this is what the strength training is for). Best of luck to you!
