what is the fastest way to lose weight besides exercising and watching the calories?
I need to know because school is almost back and i've been "trying" to lose weight "all summer" but can't.and i only have about 26 days to lose it!!!!! PLZ HELP! :)

- uh that's the only way you can loose weight unless your gonna do it unnaturally and have surgery or take diet pills, and even if you do take diet pills you still have to work out to get the wieght off. Diet pills just help you loose it faster but my opinion is just to do it the hard way and work out and eat less and/or healthy. i want to loose a little bit of weight too and i used to weigh myself constantly to see if i'm changing then i just went 2 weeks without checking myself and running and i already lost 5 pounds for me, i loose weight when i'm not constantly thinking about it
