what is the fastest way to lose weight?
i want to lose a little bit more weight for 7th grade. um i wanna slim down just just a little =) what's the fastest or easiest way to lose weight and what foods should i not and be eating? also i don't wanna go on a diet like the aneroxic girls do no hard feelings, it's the stupidiest way to lose weight and it's really bad for ur health so yeah. also what's a really good workout that burns calories fast? ahahahhaa i'm asking too much sorry~and thank you!

- um, try -whole wheat grains -if you want sugar, pure sugar (natural) -fruits and veggies -lean protien -drink water!!!!!! (it wont make you bloated it will make u slimmer, drains fat retaining salt out of the body) do crunches if its the ab area and do at least 30 min. of cardio five times a week. good luck
- haha im going to 7th grade 2 and i wanna lose a lil weight too...lol drink 2 cups of water before every meal...it makes u fuller and really works i just play ddr it's excercise...but fun! of course a really healthy person doesn't eat fast food at all but after u eat some fast food drink 2 cups of water sleeping that's bout it good luck! =)
- a lot of cardio vascular excercises (which means excercises that make ur heart pump fast such as jump roping) will increase ur metabolism. The higher ur metabolism is, the less u gain wen u eat :D. in other words, if ur metalbolism is REALLY high, u can eat doughnuts all day and not get fat. so try jumping jacks, running, jogging, jumproping, swimming etc. And trey to restrain from the junk food :).
- just do about half hour to 45 minutes of combination of cardio (increase heart rate) and weight resistance about 3-4 days per week - and alternate the days to avoid bulking up. You will tone up eventually. You are still quite young to be worrying about this - I obsessed at your age & was just slightly heavy until AFTER I started having kids (I'm 38 now)and then Viola' somehow I started to get a "womanly" figure that I didn't before? I tried all you do & it never worked for me either? The key is to increase your metabolism to burn calories & the resistance training will tone you I promise! I was a size 8-10 before kids at your age and now I'm a size 2 and I'm only 5 ft tall which is killer! Just don't go overboard on the exercise - if you do it too much it will interfere with your menstrual cycles & cause complications getting pregnant later on down the road. Good Luck honey!
- i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can't find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups. drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etc only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
- Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and walk or run. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
