- just eat right and get exercise.
- Try eating 1400 calories and exercising for at least 30 mins a day, with one resting day. Also, DO NOT GO OFF YOUR DIET ON THE WEEKENDS, IT WILL KILL YOU WEEKDAY EFFORTS!
- well, theres the caggabe soup diet but u only lose water weight and its not very healthy..so i just suggest 30 minutes of cardio daily..weight train too..also, eat less..no less than 1200 cals though:)
- lol, there is no quick fix to loosing weight, you can just not eat and you will loose weight like crazy, problem with that is it usually leads to your body fighting back and you over eat and pack on even more pounds then before you started to loose the weight. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My Weightloss Good to know Info... (I got tired of writing the same thing out a million times so here are the basics of what I have come up with) First, weight is not everything. Mussel weighs more then fat and under the fat you may have, is your mussel, even if you can't see it. So it may be the mussel that you are seeing on the scale. You can't loose weight in one specific spot. You have to exercise and get your heart pounding. So sit-ups, they aren't going to work to make you loose weight. Anything you do with out making your body move, its going to build mussel, which is good, but its all going to build up under the fat and not make you loose it. So.. you need to run, swim, bike, etc. As soon as you start getting your body moving, you will loose weight all over. Mussel is a good thing to have however. Mussel burns a lot of calories and along with a higher metabolism, it can burn calories even if your not doing anything. Watch the calories. Stay away from breads, pastas, rice, sugars, etc. All that will make you retain your water and make you look even more bloated. Although water is good, as long as you eat little amounts of these water weight carriers. The water filters your body and is great because its zero calories. Its also great for your skin. Try to eat a lot of Veggies, fruits, and lean cut meats. Vitamins are always good for your body. Your body knows when you are starving yourself and will try to keep the calories. So you need to always eat. It is normal for when you start to diet to drop a lot of weight or maintain your weight. Get A good night sleep. Try for 8 hours. You will go threw periods were you drop a lot one week and then find you have not lost next to any weight the next week. Its a pain, but completely normal. Also keep an eye one what you are eating and how much of it you are taking in. You can eat just about anything you want, however, if you eat too much of something (even if its all natural and good for you) it can make you fat because you are taking in way more calories then your body needs. Try to do an activity that is enjoyable, if you don't do something fun, you will most likely give up soon after you start. Try to work out at least 30min. a day. Make a habit of setting a time when you work out that way you can plan ahead for it and not just keep putting it off. Best of luck to yeah.
- I would go on a low carb/high protein diet. Lots of chicken, tuna, egg whites with no bread, pasta or potatoes. Cut out all sugar and drink 8 glasses of water and take a good multivitamin every day. With this diet alone you will lose weight, any cardio will just be a bonus.
- There is a good book, "5 factor fitness", by Harley Pasternack, that outlines an exercise program that is very effective. 30 minutes a day, includes cardio, weights and abdominal exercises. Good luck. ps: Halle Berry is one of his clients.
- Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Include plenty of vegetables and fruits in ur food. Eat slow, chewing each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body to send signals that u have enough. No snacks or drinks in between except water. Take light exercises and walking for about 30 min every day preferably twice a day. Be patient to see the results in hassle free mode in reasonable time.
- You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Contact me and I can tell you more about this. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program and he lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks of it. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can give you his contact info and he can tell you more about it.
