what is the fastest way to lose 10lbs?

and tone out my arms and get rid of love handles. i am 5foot2 and 115lbs, i need to be 105. i know 115 is healthy but i have a small body frame so i am at the higher weight of my level and i use to be 105 before i started eating junk food. what can i do to lose weight???how many calories should i eat?? i was to lose as much as possible by june 18th for my cousins wedding:) thanks :)))

  4. Drink water in place of any other drink. Run, Run, Run. (20-30 min a day) Oatmeal for breakfast (140-160 calories) and will fill you up. A frozen lunch (Smart Ones or similar 180-300 calories). And eat a reasonable dinner. The first 10 pounds should come off pretty quick if you are determined. But the 18th is not a lot of time.

  6. My fiance ate nothing but fruit and salad for 2 weeks. Drink when you're hungry, water that is. And don't eat after 6pm. Eat/drink early when you wake up so your metabolism kicks in. This lost her 8 pounds in 2 weeks. Not the healthiest, but its quick. I wouldn't work out too much during it, if you do, then I'd eat some more protein so you don't get sick.   7. Aerobics, lots of water, and two weeks of low carb diet should do the trick, I think. It's not much weight, but it could be harder for non-obese people to lose that much, I guess.
