Can i lose weight with rollerblading?
I hate sport except rollerblading , and i want to lose weight.So can i lose faster weight or can i burn calories with rollerblading? Oh yes is there a way to lose weight fast without throwing up and such stuff? 2 mor questions: 1.How many kcal can i burn with rollerblading? 2.How many kcal can i take(eat) without an effect(effect-that i add weight , get fatter)

- Yes rollerblading can be an effective way of loosing weight. Combined with healthy eating I think you'll meet your goal weight in no time!!! Have fun!!
- You burn the most calories by increasing your heart rate and maintaining it over an extended period of time. Rollerblading will burn calories but you would have to go faster and longer than if you were doing more intense cardio exercises such as jogging. I would think that it would be more beneficial than riding a bike because you use your whole body to rollerblade.
- Rollerblading for 30-40 min a day would be an effective workout, but also mix in healthy proper portioned meals and some weight training and you will feel and look great in no time! Look at the link below for more info.

- Any sport you do regularly is good for loosing weight. I started skating over 12 years ago and found that I liked doing it. I skate 20-40 miles per week. The only ways to loose weight is to excercise and/or eat less. Throwing up is the nastiest way to eat less.
