how can i lose weight the fastest?
i read that fasting and enemas are a good way to lose weight but then i read that it wasn't, does anybody know whether i will lose weight faster by fasting, or cutting calories, and eating less more often, or if you have a better way to lose weight fast, thank you

- By starving yourself your body goes into hibernation mode and will store all food you give it as fat which makes you actually gain weight and slow your metabolism permanently. Eating less can also do the same thing if you're not giving your body what it needs. You should change how you eat... smaller meals more frequently will keep you full all the time and prevent you from snacking and indulging. The SouthBeach diet was a big help for me. During the first 2 weeks of the first phase I lost 12 pounds... but it is something that requires dedication. Try reading the book, it was very motivating and informative!

- You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it. Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced.
