I have been trying to lose weight, and i was wondering if anyone knew of any unexpected ways to burn calories quickly. ...thank u very much whoever answered second, i run at least 3 miles every day andd practice soccer 4 2 hours.

  5. You shouldn't drink cold water. Walk on your way to work. Don't eat or intake anything after 6:00 p.m. just "no sugar" drink. Must have 1 heavy meal in between breakfast and lunch and just a light dinner (no carbs or 3 pcs. soda crackers). You don't need to spend so much money and effort (exercise) in order to loose weight like what happened to me. I've lost 9 kilos in 4 mos. NO GYM, no hard sweating exercise....
