how to lose weight in 4 days?

would like eating only 50 calories a day lose weight? i take nutrition pills already so its ok dont worry what are FAST ways to lose weight in 4 days!? (EXCEPT SURGERY)

  2. depends on how much weight you are talking about but other then tat crunches and running the idea is to burn more calories then u consume so consuming less will give u less energy and less production in weight loss so do not starve yourself eat healthy but in order to loose weight fast curnches work
  3. eating 50 calories a day would lose weight....and kill you... exercising alot and eating less would help
  4. there is no way. even if you eat that low of calories per day, i still doubt you will be able to see results in four days. you still should NEVER eat that little in a day, because chances are you will develop an eating disorder. there are no such things as nutrition pills that compenscate for eating like this. even if you only eat a small amount of calories per day for a small about of time, it will have negative long term effects. eating a small amount causes your metabolism to slow down ultimately causing you to gain weight in the long run. PLEASE dont eat such a small amount in one day... its awful for you. my advice to you is to work out 3-4x per week, and eat when your hungry and stop when youre not. Also, try to eat as healthy as possible, although a small amount of junk food every once in a while will not hurt you.
