Ways to lose pounds fast

I am trying to gain weight as I lost to much recently. What are the best ways to gain weight fast?

What types of foods should I be eating that have a lot of calories in them? Are there any nutritional supplements I could be taking to help as well with this?

  1. Well you should not eat high calorie foods even if you are to skinny. Slowly start eating more food,any other way can hurt you. There are some foods like beef and other meats that can help you gain weight somewhat quickly. You can always call your doctor and get pills to help you.   5. im not familar with how to gain weight, rather lose weight, but if you did want to gain weight, do not do it in a way in which you consume junk food, or prossesed food becuase that just bad for you body...stick with healthy foods i say or consult a physican
  6. well Im sure not smoking will help. A friend of mine quit smoking and has gained alot of weight. She says food taste better now and since she cant put a cigarette to her mouth she eats more snacks. ( she likes candy canes to help fight the urge) From what I've read you can gain more than 5lbs.
