fast and easy way to lose weight!!?
okay, i wanna lose weight. People say don't use crush diets and i dunno why!! Anyway, how can i lose weight. tell me kind of food or an example of how many calories i should eat a day for how many long!! please help me....

- Nope I won't help you, it's not healthy for you at all. Just eat healthy and exercise. Crash diets are stupid and make your body feel awful. edit: For goodness sake your only 13!

- being a doctor i know these things what you should do is starve yourself or even better make yourself throw up after meals because that way you get all the nutrients you need BUT WITHOUT THE FAT its amazing i suggest you try it.
