Ways to lose pounds fast

i watch my calories but not losing weight?

i eat about 500 calories below the amount i need but im still not losing weight. what am i doing wrong. if you eat less calories than your burning then you lose weight but nothings happening. also i need good ways to lose belly fat fast. like before summer fast im not starving myself. the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories then your burning

  1. You are probably going into starvation mode. that is when your body doesnt get enough calories and it starts to store all the fat. so you need to go see a doctor or something to have them help you/
