Quickest way to lose fat?
Whats the fastest way to lose fat off of you and make you look thinner? I don't care about my health and use every drug imaginable so as u can see i just dont care. All i care about is looking thin, whats the fastest way to go about this, currently im taking in about 300 calories/day and i wiegh 150 LBS at a hieght of 5'8'' but i heard starving yourself makes your body store it even more. my goal is to lose fat not just weight caus i want my face to slim down too... in the fastest way possible regardless of health issues. thanks. i understand this post will discuss most of you, but its what i really want and truely dont care about my health... what can you say?

- First you have to start eating about 1500 calories a day from healthy sources in 5 or 6 meals a day. Also eat 100 grams of protein a day. As far as exercise goes the best would be a combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercise. If you won't lift weights walking, jogging, running, sprinting all work well with sprinting being the best, but its not easy for untrained people to do and impossible with as little food as you are eating. Also stay away from any depressant drugs, especially alcohol. Do not attempt strenuous exercise while using stimulant drugs.
- Woah, woah, woah........ 300 calories a day is NOT healthy, at MOST cut back 1000 from your 2000, and also, your not fat......maybe slightly overweight....thats all, dont worry about and stop eating those fake drugs I used to be fat too, 250 pounds and i stoppped the pills and learned how to do it from this one cheezy site, anyways it helped me alot and im 70 pounds lighter but your not even fat
