What is a good diet to lose 15 pounds fast?
I just need to lose some weight in about a month and I need a good diet to do so. Obviously I know I need to exercise as well.

- To lose weight I suggest you decrease your calorie intake by 500 calories from your usual and do cardio as well as weight training. By cutting 500 calories from your usual intake itself will make you drop weight and by doing cardio/weight training you will lose even more weight and build strength.
- i have many guy friends who are in wrestling who need to lose weight often. all of them use citrus fruit. ONLY EAT WHEN YOUR HUNGRY. citrus fruit is mostly water so its easily lost, and you sweat it out. yo ualso still get the nutrients you need
- Biking, lifting weights, and running with a balanced of protein and fruit.
