Ways to lose pounds fast

Whats a very fast way to lose weight?

I know that diet and exercise are the way to go when it comes to sure fire weight loss but I was looking for a more immediate solution (besides surgery). I have belly fat I would like to lose and I was looking for some kind of weight loss pill, supplement, or something of that nature that would help me get rid of it fast. Has anyone used anything that works?

  2. Diet, exercise, starving, etc. are all NOTHING. What makes you lose weight is persistence, NOTHING ELSE. If you don't have it, the method doesn't really matter.
  3. The last place you lose fat is your belly. thats why so many people give up. They look at their gut for results and see nothign, so they quit. First you lose fat around you internal organs, than arm fat, etc. and finally stomach fat. the best answer is perseverence. Find out how many calories you consume a day. For example, an average man consumes 1800 just to live. So eat that many good calories(protein, simple carbs, unsaturated(?) fats. Not sugar and transfats or complex carbs. Then run one hour+ a day. That is about 800 calories burned per hour. If you do this. You will consume about 1800 cal a day and burn 3000 calories a day. 3500 calories = 1 pound. So every 3 days you will burn about 1 pound. i did a Healthy Diet, with no weight loss pills and dropped from 205 to 180 in one month. Need advice?
  4. ik that detox really works. All i ate for like a week was fruit and drank lots of water. It gets all the bad stuff out of your stomach, and shrinks your stomach size. Then i ran on the tread mil with plastics on, plasctics help burn 2X the calories.

  7. I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes. Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight. First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising... This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full.
