whats the fastest way to lose weight AT HOME?
okay i really wanna lose weight. i HATE my stomach. its fat and i wanna lose that. i also think my thighs are big and my calfes or however its spelledddd.and i think my arms are kinda big too. i wanna lose weight as fast as i can. all i can think of is only eat healthy meals and if iwant a snack for it to not have that much calories. but how can i lose weight to make my stomach and thighs look smaller at home?

- You should know that it is not possible to loose weight in a specific part of the body first. When you start working out, your individual body will start loosing fat in specific areas as your body breaks it down. I recommend the following: Take Flax Seed...liquid, vitamin, or seed...it is good for you. One teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar before your meals. DO NOT starve yourself! Eat five meals a day...small portions. Reward yourself occationally, but do not go overboard. No diets. Small and healthy portions. Cardio, cardio, cardio...everyday for 30 or more minutes. And you will see the pounds shed. Good luck!
