Ways to lose pounds fast

Which way is more efficient in losing weight and burning body fat.?

I desperately want to lose weight as well as burn body fat, and I came up with these two options. 1- Go vegetarian, and run 5miles everyday, but no weight lifting exercises. 2- Keep eating everything, do weights, less cardio. What would be the best choice if I want to lose weight and body fat as fast as possible ? If you have a better option, please share it with me ! Thank you.

  1. I think that you should stay away from junk food, portion your food, if you go vegetarian your just going to crave meat and binge and then you will just gain all the weight back. Drink lots of water. A way to burn fat faster is if you for instance run 10 minutes on the treadmill,then lower the speed to a light jog or walk for 5 minutes, then increase the speed to run for another 10 minutes, and continue this process. This helps speed up your metabolism and you burn more calories

  3. going vegetarian would probably not be the best choice. eating every thing is a good choice but don't eat every thing eat only when you are hungry. and the best way to lost weight and body fat would be the aerobic exercises and you should lift weights only 3 times a week and p.s going vegetarian makes you lose important vitamins in your body and you lose protein for your muscles
