Ways to lose pounds fast

Ways to lose 10 pounds fast.?

I'm about 14. 5'2" maybe 5'3". I'm starting to get a little stomache on me. My goal is to lose about 7-10 pounds. I need ways that will actually work. I already am watching what I eat. but I don't exercise as much as I should. help.? I'm willing to try just about anything.

  1. Just keep eating healthy, small meals, a lot of fruits, Vegetables and Protein.. such as lean meats like chicken and fish.. Peanut butter also, it's low in trans fats and has a good amount of Protein. Try to cut down on Carbohydrates such as rice, pasta, potatoes and breads, sweets. Also if you drink milk or eat a lot of yogurt switch to fat free or skim. try not eating anything after 7pm it helps a lot!!! Also it never hurts to exercise more.. just 30mins a day can make a serious difference!! maybe if you have somewhere to go insted of taking a car, Walk or ride a bike. Good luck!!
