What is a fast easy way to lose 20 pounds?

So my family decided on New Years Day to have a bet going. Who can lose 20 pounds in two months. Winner loses 20+ pounds and wins $300. I can never seem to stick to any diet I try. But I want to win this. I want to take my kids to disneyland and I could really use the extra money. Help!

  8. there is no fast easy way, work out running is best for losing weight. and if you want to loss 20 pounds you have to diet and yes you can do it. the most importation part is don't eat any fast food its the most fattening food you can eat and the worst for you. so no fast food for 2 months, no thick sauce. and try not to eat sweets and soda is a sweet(diet soda wont help you loss weight its terrible for you and though it has no calories its just as fattening). im sorry if i came a cross harsh im just trying to really help you, this is how you loss weight and remember diet soda is worse for you rots ur teeth gives you cancer and it still is bad for you and fattening. diet soda is just an awfull invention
