Ways to lose pounds fast

Different ways to lose 20 pounds in 6-8 weeks or less?

I know it can be done, so please tell me different ways i can lose 20 pounds. I tryed crunches and stuff dont work. =\ I drink a lot of water and i eat my greens so im guessing thats a start. but can any of you help me?!

  2. i am a 6'2" male and weighted 230 lbs on thanksgiving. the day after thanksgiving i began running on a treadmill and eating healthy. i work in front of a computer all day, so i calculated that without exercise my body is burning around 2,000 calories/day. my entire daily diet is never more than 1,700 calories. with my treadmill workout, my body is now burning at least 2,500 calories a day, which puts me on par to lose 1 lb every 3 days (or 10 lbs a month). i have found that my weight loss is trending higher than that, but my motivation is live a healthy lifestyle. with that type of mindset, my weight loss has become natural when i first started, i ran as hard as i could for 20 to 30 mins straight on the treadmill. for my diet, i eat oatmeal for breakfast, yogurt around 11am, and a tuna fish sandwhich or salad for lunch. around 3pm i have a handful of unsalted almonds. for dinner i eat a grilled chicken breast and steamed green veggies (broccoli, asparagus, spinach, etc). as of today i weight 202 lbs and am able run for 20 mins straight on the treadmill at 8 mph.
