Ways to lose pounds fast

good ways to lose a few pounds fast?

i like to eat and i do get excersise, but not enough. I'm not fat but I would be healthier if I lost ten pounds. I'm not into the starving thing and I don' thave a lot of extra workout time... ways to help?

  2. drink water with anything you eat and you can eat anything as long as you drink water
  3. well what are your eating/exercise habits at the moment? if you really want to lose some weight, you need to find the time. i would suggest working out 1 1/2 hours a day... and cutting out 200-300 calories of what you normally eat. make sure your eating only healthy foods too.
  4. doing anything fast with your body will bite you in the butt later on in life... so my opinion on how you should lose weight is to first attack what you are eating; your body and mind should be a temple, not a junk yard. Do some research and find out what foods you would mind eating that doesn't have a lot of the junk. When you go a few weeks into this new eating lifestyle you will start to see changes in your body and how you feel through out the day. At that point and time you should then look at fitness, and what's great about doing it this way is your body will feel amazing, your mind as well (most importantly) cause with a great clean mind you will have the metal strength to conquer anything in life!
