What are some diets where I can lose like 5 pounds FAST?
or like 3 pounds it doesnt matter how much as long as its more than 1 pound i am happy!

- you cant. its all a way to make money. you can lose around 3lbs of fat a week safely. anywhere that says you can lose an insane amount of weight is lying, its a way to make money.
- to loose 5 pounds you need at least one month to achieve it with hard work and strict intake of food and i mean healthy food and drinks.
- I just recently started doing this meltdown on shape.com (the 10 pound meltdown), even if you arent looking to lose that much you can still apply it to your lifestyle. If you dont run, start running immediately! Best thing for you! This shape program has a person run 300 minutes weekly-and wow that totally melted off the fat! Also, remember to stick to your diet! Remove white/refined carbs from you list completely (no white bread, pasta, or rice) it really is the worst thing for you and when you digest it, it turns into sugar, which equals fat (especially in the mid section!) Eat lots of fruits and veggies (this is primarily your diet until you get down toyour weight you want) Drink lots of milk and eat low fat yogurt for calcium And drink lots of water-to boost your diet aim for 8-10 glasses daily!! You will make this, or even more, in no time!
