what are the best ways to lose 15 pounds fast?

pleassee i need advice...i want to lose 15 pounds fast because i have an important event to attend and want to look and feel good.

  3. While I know diet and exercise is the best way to lose weight long term, I do know of a protein shake that can help you lose weight quickly. I've used it in the past to jumpstart my weight loss and I lost 15 lbs. in 2 weeks (since you are male you will likely lose at least 20 lbs).
