What is the best way to lose 30lbs fast?
Right now i do an hour cardio 5 times a week and i eat between 1200-1400 calories a day.. I was just wondering if anyone knew a good way to drop 30lbs in about a month or two. I have a big trip coming up and i need to be bathing suit body ready :o) thanks for u'r help :O)

- TRY THIS, and stick to it. the first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your boy adjusts to the change. Results will be in about the same time Fruits and Veggies Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants. don't eat anything that comes in a can, box or package...THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD Stay away from FAST FOOD Don't think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week....controlled portion....this really works......... Write down every thing you eat

- Did you gain the 30 ls in a month? I don't think you did. Therefore you will not lose it in a month.
- If you continue at the rate you are, then you should be able to lose 30 lbs in about 2 months. Trying to lose it in one month is absurd and impossible. But what you're doing sounds awesome, and it's definitely do-able in a couple months. Good luck.
