Ways to lose pounds fast

What would be the best way to lose weight without gaining it back again?

Counting calories seems to be the fastest way, yet you gain back the double you've lost after you stop with it. From your own experience, do you have any great diet plans/diet tips? And do you know how long it would take to lose 5 kg with it? Thanks a lot.

  2. continue same style of life do not be lazy and skip exercise ,diets rich grains soya fruits not very sweet as it will have sugar,fish chicken no meat< too much> it depends upon your capacity of exercise may be 2to3months maximum
