Ways to lose pounds fast

I want to lose 20 pounds fast,can you help me?

I know it takes work to lose weight but i am committed. I have workout equipment so I do have the privilege to workout at home. I have searched for different techniques of losing weight fast. But i have not found one yet that fits me. So can you explain to me ways and past diets that have worked for you. I would appreciate it alot.   1. Go vegetarian. As soon as I "converted" I lost 20 lbs. It came off graduatley, but it worked. I swear it's the best thing I ever did and changed my life. Still not convinced? Go to Google and type in : Meet Your Meat. Then click on the 3rd result down. After seeing this video, you will never want to eat meat again. Now, whenever I see the sight of cooked chicken flesh, I gag.

  3. don't eat and do some exercise. like not don't eat at all, but only eat a little bit when you are hungry and drink lots of water or milk. i find those both keep me full. and chewing gum helps too.
  4. try running outside for a couple miles in the morning and then eat some healthy food
  5. eat healthy, run daily, work out daily, and stay away from ALL junk foods! good luck!
  6. try setting a goal of 5 pounds then try 10 then try 15 before you know it you reach 20 pounds you see
