Fastest way to lose weight in the shortest amount of time?
I have been trying everything i can think of counting calories , exercising and im having so much trouble losing weight. im just about to cry. i went shopping today and everything looks horrible and i came home to find i had gained 5 pounds. i don't eat many sweets at all and have cut out soda and nothing works. i have a trip next month and i want to find out the quickest way to lose some weight before then. PLEASE HELP sorry im 26 . I used to be 110 pounds then i got on the birth control shot and gained a ton of weight. The biggest i got was 190 and i freaked out. but no matter what i do i can't lose weight. i did okay for awhile cause my job is really physical. I lost 10 pounds and then alittle more but about 6 months ago gained it back over stress and although things are better now i can't get rid of it no matter what. the doctor checked everything and does not know what to say

- Are you still growing? You have not provided us any information on your age, gender, weight nor details of your previous attempts. If you are an adult and you reduce your calories below your basal amount you will lose weight. Throw in resistance exercise and you do really well. To get rid of excess weight you need to reduce your calorie intake below your requirements by 500 calories a day and perform resistance exercise three times a week. I suggest you check out some of the links below. You may want to talk to your friends and family about how you find yourself looking 'horrible'. While it is important for physical health to not be overweight one should watch out for negative mental images and issues.
- This is a tough issue. There are ways to lose weight very quickly but they definitely aren't healthy. Bodybuilders, wrestlers, models and other kinds of people use these methods and supplements all the time for various reasons. But no one could really recommend these things in good conscience. My advice is to do lots of research on health and fitness, hang out with healthy people, keep trying and things will get better. You may find, as i did, that the only way attain and maintain a desirable weight and fitness level is to drastically change your lifestyle. This isn't necessarily hard it just takes some intentional choices.
- When you had gained weight it wasnt overnight so u will also not lose it overnight...
