What is the fastest way to lose 10-15 pounds in a week?
I am a 5'3 and way 125 pounds. I need to lose 10-15 pounds in a fast and easy way within one week. Also, does losing this amount of weight help become slim around the waist?

- Fastest way? Cut an arm off. seriously, even if you lose that amount of weight in a week, its more than likely not going to be in a healthy way. Running/boxing/swimming/cycling are all great ways to lose weight, along with a sensible diet.
- the fastest way in a week is going to the gym every single day for about an hour if you do it for a month straight you would probably loose about 20-30 pounds i've done it before and yes your waist will be different
- You're small already so if you do lose weight it's not going to be a fast process. There's no real way to lose that much weight in a week at your size. At least not without putting yourself in the hospital from malnutrition and dehydration.
- I say go to the gym everyday and be on a strict diet and you will see a difference.but you really ain'tt gone drop weight that fast.or you can drink some green tea ( it makes you go to the bathroom) and you can lose ur waist fast.. good luck
