Fast ways to lose thirty pounds? *read details*?
I hate three things about myself; the fat on my arms, legs and belly. I've tried exercising, but I gain muscle weight. I've tried eating healthier, but nothing is happening. I'm not trying to look thin because it's cool. I'm doing it because I am worried that I will get over-weight if I continue my usual habits. My goal is to lose thirty pounds; fast. Please help me. - Ok so here is the thing... if you lose weight fast you will gain it back. The only thing you can really do is work out and in time you will slowly lose it. Trust me I lost weight fast and got it back plus some.
- well what worked for me was going to the gym like 4 times a week stayin bout an hour each time. eatin healthy foods such as graitfruit, graitfruit seem to "clean me" out. :) and also cuttin backa nd stayin away from choclate. and instead of sittin on the couch or something clean up a lil or turn on some music and dance. within 2 weeks of this i lost 8 to 10 pounds. Good luck.
